Delete your data
You can have your data removed from Sentri Ads at any time. Pick the case that applies.
1. Free audit results
Open the report link you were given and use the delete option on that page. It removes your audit result and contact details straight away. Nothing else is needed, because we never stored the file you uploaded.
If you've lost the link, email hello@sentriads.com from the address you used and we will delete it for you. Audit results are also removed automatically after 90 days.
2. Disconnect a Meta ad account
This stops us collecting data from your Meta account immediately.
- In Sentri Ads, open Settings → Integrations and choose Disconnect Meta, or
- In Meta Business Settings, open Users → System users (or Integrations → Connected apps), find Sentri Ads and remove it.
Disconnecting stops new collection. To also delete the Meta data we already hold, follow section 3.
3. Delete your account and all data we hold, including Meta data
Email hello@sentriads.com with the subject Delete my data, from an email address that is a user on the account. Tell us which account or business name, and whether you want everything deleted or only data from one platform (for example Meta only).
- We will confirm your request by reply and may ask you to confirm your identity.
- We delete the data within 30 days, and tell you when it is done.
- We keep only records the law requires, such as invoices and tax records. These do not include your Meta ad data.
What is deleted
- Your account, users and settings.
- Audit results, recommendations and history generated from your accounts.
- Data pulled from Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta.
- FraudGuard click records for your website.
